         Mr. Barry Clark has over 30  years of hands-on experience in airline industry analysis
         and planning.  He has worked with major airlines in the United States, Europe and Africa
         in diverse functions including financial analysis, strategic and operating planning, traffic
         forecasting, route strategy, fleet planning and regulatory proceedings. 

         At American Airlines he was responsible for route development and regulatory activities
         and managed both domestic and international route strategies. At Pan American
         Mr. Clark introduced computerized financial modeling for route development.

         Mr. Clark has been an expert witness on issues such as the  Wright Amendment and
         in many route cases before the Department of Transportation in Washington D.C. 
         He has also undertaken consulting assignments fro numerous airports, airlines and
         government agencies throughout the world.
